4 in X 4 in X 22 inches wide foam block for roof top racks. Fits almost anything, including Yakima, Thule, lumber racks and large diameter racks like on an Xterra or LandCruiser. Also has a non-skid rubber coated bottom that allows it to be used directly on the top of vehicle without a bar to mount it directly to the roof. If using directly onto your roof top, just strap it through your doorwells and through the foam block.
These pads have a slight V shape on top where your boat will rest. They work best when strapping your canoe or surfski upside down and they fit every Outrigger Canoe, Surfski and SUP we've ever seen.
